BPO with No Comparables – 3 photos, suggested Fair Market Value and suggested list price.
CMA – A comprehensive interior/exterior evaluation, photo gallery, 3 Sold comparables, area market trends and neighborhood information. Recommended repairs noted. Suggested as-is, 90 day sale price and Fair Market Values are included.
Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae BPO – are done within the guidelines and defined requirements.
